Prithi Pal Singh is a visionary and respected community leader, businessman and social worker who has mentored and coached entrepreneurs from the Indian community to set up small and medium enterprises and helped them navigate the business maze in New Zealand. He is an innovator with a track record of creating disruptive companies and skilled in strategic planning, product development, and team management.
As a keen sportsman himself, he has since 1995, encouraged the Indian diaspora to participate in sports and has helped migrants to settle down in New Zealand by providing financial assistance personally and through charitable organisations.
He is the Chairman of New Zealand Central Sikh Association, an umbrella body of 25 Sikh Gurdwaras (Sikh temples) in New Zealand.
Prithi Pal Singh is a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit (MNZM), awarded in 1998.
